Poor poor poor communication. We were told we could speak to Dr. Pannel when we need to. We have asked 3 times to speak with her and never did. When my mother in law first was admitted we were told she would be there 2 weeks. Two weeks came and NO she isn’t going home today she will be here through the weekend. Still no call from anyone to let us know the plan they have for her. Finally get a call from social worker asking questions we didn’t know how to answer because no one has called us to let us know anything. Then we asked what are plans of her coming home? Oh she being discharged today at 1:00 we’re exact words! What? We had no clue!! So forget things that were scheduled for our day now we have to rearrange all kinds of things. By the way this phone call was around 10:30-11:00!! Terrible, unacceptable service.

It's time to hold them accountable. Here is how you do it. Make sure you get all names and fax numbers to the person you speak to. Look up the law codes that protect you that they are felling to honor.. if you are a victim of abuse gaslighting by a government facility. It's illegal it's a crime and these people have behind their corporations by turning their backs collecting large sum of money after the taxpayers back. Get there first and last name you write your letter to address them the things are happening and they are violating these law codes. You get it notarized and make them sign for it that way you have confirmation. This puts them on notice personally that they cannot hide behind a corporation because they are a human being that living and breathing, that is making logical decisions that are harming other people by their actions. You are giving them a reasonable to me to fix this matter or you need to be compensated for the violations the date are betraying against you that is causing you harm. You can put whatever you like for your conversation. Me it's been three years my mother has been beaten held against her will and almost drugged to her death. I feel every time my mother has been beaten and passed around throughout their broken system for their financial gain is $10,000 for each event. So therefore when I write my letter I add up my events and that's what they're going to be charged daily if they continue to cause my mother harm. Reasonablel time for responses no more than 2 weeks. My mother loves coming here for she is able to be removed from her nursing home prison were staff lie ,gaslight , almost killed my mother with drugging her to near death . This facility refuses to properly communicate with people that are in the best anchors for my mother not in the best interest for their corporation financial game. My mother has blisters on her face my mother has been beaten where she's black and blue this facility tried to cover it up what happened there. They lied and said I was barred from their facility when I've never even been there to be barred because they did not want me see what happened to her. my mother will be coming to this facility black and blue again with blisters on her face from medication. but this facility wants to refuse to communicate with anybody again I state that it's in the best interest of my mother. Are there for each person that is behind torturing a patient's valid in their rights there could be held accountable. mental health patients have rights to they are living breathing human beings and they are to be treated as such and not denied their fundamental rights!
