I wish zero stars was an option. This people have absolutely NO sense of urgency. Two years ago my mom was discharged from rehab. Had to sleep in a recliner a couple of days because They kept dragging their feet about getting her hospital bed. Also, she had to go days at home with out oxygen and the wheelchair they were supposed to provide. Recently, because of a decline in health, she needed a hospital bed again. I worked with these people for A MONTH trying to get one delivered. Contacted another company and they had it to us the next day. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. INCOMPETENCE AT ITS FINEST! Use City Medical in Ripley instead.

I have contacted them off and on for a month. We transferred my son’s account from the Nashville Lincare office. Every time I call, I get either an excuse or something different. I have given them all reference numbers for products and the dr info. At first they didn’t know what products. Next excuse was person wasn’t in. Although they told me they would get order from the Dr, I called back today to get an update and now they say they need an order. I just don’t understand why it’s so hard to get stuff done in the medical field in MS. We’ve lived here our whole life. We moved away for 1 year and had no problems with any medical stuff. We move back home and it’s constant problems. The staff at lincare can be very rude and short with responses.

First of all, these people seriously need to learn some phone manners -rude, rude, rude. Secondly, they do not respond to repeated requests for a hospital bed pickup. It's always next week or someone will call you but that doesn't happen.

I called a week and 1 day ago trying to get oxygen tanks. Yesterday they promised to be here by 12:30. It's now 2:00 and still not here. Daddy had a grandbaby born at 11:02 and we still can't leave yet. Seriously!
