Magnolia Grove Monastery

Absolutely beautiful place to visit.

Magnolia grove monastery is such a beautiful and peaceful place. The monks and nuns are extremely welcoming and host many retreats that people around the world attend. I have attended three of their retreats so far and I have found each one such a rewarding and memorable experience. I have met many genuine individuals here that are determined to live a more positive, mindful life. I would recommend everyone that is looking to live a more peaceful and meaningful life to attend Magnolia at least. Thank you!

My young adults nieces and nephews and I attended a 3 day Family Retreat here during New Year's. It was a nourishing experience for our mind, body, soul, and even tummies. The grounds are so serene and the environment provides the healing we need to give ourselves a regular basis. The teachings are simply beautiful and profound on whatever level you meet with Buddhism or with a more fulfilling approach to life. The monastic brothers & sisters are extremely warm, and welcoming. When I had the opportunity to share my personal stories with them, I gained new insights on living and on steps to actualize the path of happiness. This place is a source of positive energy for people from all walks of life, all backgrounds and beliefs. Much gratitude to the establishment of this center.

Being able to spend quiet time in such a peaceful place and practice with the monastics renews my soul every year.
