Ross Family Dental Clinic

I’m not from this area but needed to see a dentist. I set an appointment at Ross Family Dental Clinic. The staff was very helpful, nice, and very professional. The examination and cleaning I received was easy and painless. Jamie made me very comfortable as she cleaned my teeth. Dr. Ross was very gentle and explained thoroughly the examination. I would recommend this dental clinic to anyone in this area.

I had my first visit at Ross Family Dental this morning. I have to say that many of my experiences with dentists have not been wonderful. I've been searching for a good dentist that I like for quite awhile. I found her today! My experience with Alison Ross and her hygienist Jamie Wright was the best I could ask for. Both of them were extremely personable and caring.... and they seemed truly invested in what they do and in me as their patient. Unfortunately, I found that to be a rarity among dentists I've previously visited. In addition, I honestly did not feel like I needed to empty my savings account to pay them. I found the cost to be reasonable for the service. That was a nice surprise ending to an already pleasant experience. If you have to go to the dentist..... I would highly recommend Ross Dental.

I’ve needed lots of dental work since I was a kid but never had great experiences even in my adult life. I never thought I would finally be comfortable enough to walk into a dental clinic and say, “Hey, can I also get a tooth pulled today?” That’s just how much trust I’ve gained in Ross Family Dental Clinic in the past 2 years. I’m able to walk into their office with so much confidence because I know that whenever I’m there, that I’m always in good hands. Dr. Andrew Ross was the first to perform an extraction for me almost 2 years ago and it was the best experience ever. I just had another extraction yesterday. He makes sure that you’re comfortable and before you can blink again he’s done and there’s no pain whatsoever. ud83eudd29 I don’t know what to do with the pain meds I was prescribed. ud83eudd23 My daughter Leah also loves it there. She said she always heard other kids say that extractions hurt and also experienced that once. Well not at Ross! Hallelujah! I knew from DAY 1 that the dental work I’ve needed since I was a kid would finally see completion! They’re so sweet and were so excited to finally see my braces on yesterday. To Andrew and Alison, thanks for caring as you do! Also lots of thanks to hygienist Britney who’s also excited to see my smile transformation to the end! You all are an amazing staff! BEST DENTIST in town. You feel welcome and comfortable from the moment you walk in. All the staff is wonderful. I actually enjoy going to the dentist. Have been going there for many years and will continue to do so. GREAT JOB!

Dr. Andrew and Alison guarantee an enjoyable visit to the dentist. I have been going to this dental clinic since moving to Oxford in 2008 and make sure to refer everyone I know that might be new to this community. Those looking for a dentist should know both Dr. Andrew and Alison offer a positive and caring environment for their patients. My family and I are very thankful for this dental clinic and look forward to continued visits in the future.
