The employees are always nice however the scratches on the hood of my new expedition are not so nice. I have been a fast pass member for several years now. Tried calling back and of course no answer. Tried submitting a customer service ticket online... conveniently it says error. I did email the customer service. It’s not just a small scratch. It’s multiple scratches all the way across the hood. My husband and I will be canceling our memberships. We pay too much for this membership and for our vehicles for my truck to come out looking like it lost a battle with Edward Scissorhands.

I was greeted at the first point of entry to the car wash by a very knowledgeable person who helped me navigate through the choice and payment selections. He told me about the offer to pay a monthly fee for unlimited washes at any of their locations. The process through the car wash left my car clean, and the blue towel I received at the beginning made wiping the excess water from my car and windows a breeze!

The employees at the Hernando location are always very friendly and quick to help in any way they can. They conduct themselves in a very professional manner.

I give this place two stars because they charged my card after I went by there and told them to cancel my membership before my renewal date. Then when I went back to ask for a refund they just prorated me instead of a full refund even though I hadn't used the car wash but one time that whole month. The manager that spoke with me wasn't very polite either. She obviously lacked some customer service skills. Sorry, but I for one work with the public and it doesn't take much effort to be polite.

They saw that I had a light bar on my jeep. They did not say a thing and let me come through. The light bar shattered the windshield while I was in the car wash. they then proceeded to say “oh... you can’t come in here with a light bar”. Now I am having to pay $200 dollars to replace the windshield when they could have easily told me to not come through. Thanks CarWash USA!
