Found what I was looking for with ease, Just needed help retrieving what I wanted , not enough employees to assist customers get what they are looking for. Otherwise very enjoyable trip. One of my favorite stores.

This trip to Lowe's was terrible! I went to the garden center only to pick-up some rock and edging to finish a project. I also found a plant in the discount section, that could be saved. The line was extremely long, but this is gardening season so I waited cwlnly. When I finally made it to the cashier, who was very nice but she did not have the authority to enter the code for the discounted plant. Apparently ONE person in the entire store has that authority. After 19 minutes of waiting for that ONE person, I asked the cashier if she could just ring up the rest of my order. All of this time the line was growing longer with other customers. This is not the first time this policy of Lowe's has cost me time and I've left merchandise behind that I wanted. As a result, I go to Lowe's as little as possible as it is ridiculous that only ONE person can authorize discounts, over rides, etc. Employees are not the issue. It's Lowe's policy!

My dad isn't able to drive anymore and I live a whole state away, I called to get a refrigerator and have it delivered and set up for him. I was freaking out because I couldn't be there but Stephanie helped me every step of the way- made sure it would be taken care of. She even called me after delivery to make sure he was happy and there were no issues. Her customer service had something that no one else does these days- she genuinely cares and builds lifetime relationships with her customers (even the karens)
