Employees need to be able to help customers locate items... kinda rude. Cashier was very helpful with discount without being a member, and gave me information how to become a member. Prices a little steep, but great selection to fit your budget.

They have a decent selection of things if the shelves are stocked up, and 99% of the employees give off the vibe they don't wanna be there or help you. Only I time was there a great employee there and she was super helpful and nice. I mostly come here for convenience but since my experiences are usually always the same I drive to Tuscaloosa to spend most of my money there at a small local shop. I'd probably shop here always if the store was stocked properly and the customer service was more than it is now.

I absolutely love the grooming services at Petsmart in Columbus! The groomers are so thoughtful and care about the animals. They do such a good and thorough job!

Today I went to Petsmart to pick up my father in law’s dog. While in the grooming area one of the employees was standing up front where you let them take the dog. We had no interaction. After several minutes of standing there he left the grooming area to go into the store area. Once again after several long minutes he returned. During this time period the dog he was grooming was left unattended on the grooming table. After another employee noticed this she took the dog she was grooming and went over to stand with her hand on the dog. He never asked anyone to look after or care for the dog. That is unacceptable. On top of that I called twice to speak to a manager about this and I was put on hold and no one ever answered my call. Think carefully about where you leave your dog to be groomed.
