Sat in the lobby from 2:40- 4PM with my 85 year old aunt before the staff had the audacity to tell us she'd never been checked in!!!! Really then explain why the lady behind the desk keyed in all the information after she requested a wheelchair to assist her to actually get in the faculty ud83dudc79ud83dudc7aud83dude32ud83dude32ud83dude32ud83dude32
