Very professional and to be providing a great service during the covid-19 crisis is commendable. We drive 100 miles to get our prescriptions filled saving us $100’s each month. Thanks to the military, civilian staff and volunteers that help hundreds of patients every day they’re open. Keep up the great work!

I really appreciate all of the pharmacy techs and their hard work. I also appreciate the COVID precautions that have been put into place. However, I called in a refill (for a prescription that I need to take every single day) on Monday and was told it would be ready Thursday, October 1 after 12:00PM. I went Friday morning. I had to wait for over an hour only for them to tell me they didn't have my prescription and that it would be in their shipment maybe Monday or Tuesday, and to try again later. 1) I need this prescription every single day so not having it available is not something that a pharmacy should ever allow to happen. 2) I put this prescription in on Monday. If they knew that it wasn't in stock they should have warned me so that I didn't show up and wait over an hour on Friday (wasting my own time) only to be told they didn't have it. They also couldn't give me a clear answer on when it might actually be in stock next week, so I kind of have to shoot in the dark when I go pick it up and hope that it is there. Not impressed with my experience today.

getting meds is a complete joke have to activate caller 25 after two hours caller number 20 after 3 1/2 hours activated and need to get in line the a few days later and another 1 1/2 hour wait and for them to tell you sorry there not activated ...make it easy for everyone and mail the meds out to the people but that' s to easy to solve the problem. I personally don't think they want retirees anymore ...........
