Comfort Inn & Suites Crystal Inn Sportsplex

This hotel was very busy over the weekend they had an awesome breakfast from 7:00 to 10:00 which is great most breakfast is over around 9:00 so you can sleep an extra hour. the staff was very nice and helpful the rooms were clean and comfortable and they have plenty of parking. For hotel this busy everything went very well.

I normally don’t write reviews, but I have to warn people looking at this hotel. The prices are way too overpriced for what you get. The floor i stayed on had a very strong and strange smell. We got into the room, and it looked okay besides the disgusting carpet.nthe countertops and walls were sticky. The toilet was wet, the shower had green and brown liquids everywhere, it was bad to say the least. I felt disgusting while trying to shower. The bathroom was not clean at all. There was also dust and dirt on all of the lamps and A/C unit. On a more positive note, the front desk management was very nice, but other than that, I definitely wouldn’t stay here again! :(

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars....i had my truck broke down in Gulfport, MS so i had to stay here for 10 days... very good and clean place to stay very nice, friendly and Cooperative management Peter and Co. Shana was awesome at the front desk.... i felt very comfortable and home like environment...i wish I could spend some more time there.nThey also offer a truckers discount..

Hotel has seen better days. Instead of renovating it, they should have torn it down and started over. If you are a road construction crew or trucker, this place is for you. The access road is harder than hell to find at night. Papa John's won't deliver there after dark. I gave it 2 stars instead of one because the bed was comfortable, they have those delicious malted waffle makers, and plenty of prewrapped breakfast items you can load your pockets with to take with you on the road. But I would never stay here again.

Employees very nice and courteous. If we asked questions..they were answered promptly. Carpeting needs a huge shampoo. Our room had a sewage odor upon entering. Floor between the beds remained slightly wet (concerned after Hurricane). Breakfast could have been much better. Need: signage as to main floor or 1st floor. Printed on the wall when you exit or enter the elevator, so you know which floor you are on.
