Being a female athlete and 68, I wanted to have a doctor who understood my desire to continue to play.nI have played at a professional level and its very hard for me to think about not being able to compete. I feel I can get a straight answer from her not just pushing me aside because I'm a senior. Her nurse and staff are amazing, and when my surgery was canceled (no fault of theirs, insurance problem) they helped me in a very timely manner to try and resolve. I know when I have my surgery in January I will feel confident and comfortable with Dr. K and her staff..

Enough cannot be said of my experience with Dr. Karpitskaya and her team. I received an appointment with Dr. K at Bienville Ortho the same day I initially called. The entire process from my initial consultation with Dr. K, to MRI, to having surgery happened very quick. Dr. K was very informative and got straight to the point regarding my shoulder injury and what would need to be done to repair it. Her nurse practitioner, Meagan, was amazing and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I’m looking forward to my post-op follow up with Dr. K and beginning my PT.

Saw Dr Karpitskaya nurse practitioner Meagan in Dr K absence and she exhibited excellent bedside manner, at tentative to my concerns and thorough in explaining the prognosis and corrective action exercises to see some improvement.

The service was excellent. All the nurses were very nice and knew their jobs. I felt like I was in good hands. Dr K was very responsive to my needs.

I have been to several Orthopedic Dr's over the years throughout the nation. Hands down the best set up and compassion of care by any organization/Dr. If possible I would stick it out for the rest of my life with Dr Karpitskaya
