I started going here for prenatal care. They are impossible to get a hold of when you need them. I had three situations where I needed to speak with a nurse or doctor and they never can answer the phone. Twice, I had to go to an ER and once I had to go to my primary care provider in order to receive care related to mg pregnancy. Absolutely inaccessible and unacceptable. They need to fix their phone systems. I only met with Dr Hanna once and was extremely disappointment with the attitude she developed towards me once she learned I have had a baby at home before and have only received one pap by age 25. She clearly did not read my chart before coming in the room either as she new nothing of the history I clearly documented in the admission paperwork she held in her hand. Ridiculous. No one wants a doctor delivering their baby if they can’t even bother to glance over your medical history before speaking with you.

Wonderful staff...even more wonderful doctor. Dr. Hanna is the first doctor who has TRULY listened to me in a year of chasing a diagnosis. She was kind, caring, thorough. I would recommend her to anyone!

Waited over an hour for my appointment and when I finally ask why it was taking so long, they realized no one had even prepped my chart. Had to wait an additional 45 minutes to be called back and see the physician. For a simple appointment that should not have taken more than an 45 minutes total.
