This was my daughter’s first appointment with Dr Roybal. He came highly recommended by several friends and coworkers. I called the office on Monday and was able to get an appointment on the very next day. The entire staff was super nice, professional, and attentive. After my daughter’s teeth cleaning, Dr Roybal and the dental assistant came out and briefed me on her dental health (No Cavities). Before leaving the receptionist scheduled my daughter’s 6 month follow-up appointment.The waiting room was not crowded. Based upon my experience, I highly recommend Dr Roybal Dentistry. We have a new dentist!

I have been going to Dr. Roybal’s office for years. His staff and him have always treated me with respect and kindness. They are very gentle, Dr. Roybal always explains the options, he takes time with you, very comfortable environment. The prices are very fair and you can get a appointment quickly if needed.

I went to this place awhile back and had a terrible experience but did not post my review. I recently had another friend go to the same place and they too had a bad experience and it reminded me I should have posted my review.I went to this place in extreme pain with the tooth that had lost a large filling and even though there was no infection or no swelling due to the deep filling and exposed nerve the pain was intense. Everyone here including the doctor was very lethargic not a very welcoming place at all, almost treated me as though I was lucky they give me the time. After wasting my time with x-rays paperwork and finally get to see the doctor all he told me was is that he feared the tooth would probably break if he tried to pull it it wasn’t worth a root canal and he will send me to an oral surgeon.They gave me a piece of paper to call an oral surgeon they recommended. I called them from their office only to be told they could not see me for weeks. I was in a ton of pain I asked the doctor again is there anything you can do and was told no you’ll have to take that up with the oral surgeon. After calling around a few other places I finally found another dentist that would see me and after taking one look look at the tooth and hearing my story another dentist said not only could he pull it but he could do it and guarantee the tooth would not break and he would not hurt me. After applying only local pain medicine with a few shots he pulled the tooth pain free. I went straight back to work and did not even have to take any over-the-counter pain medicine because I was barely sore from the procedure. I would stay away from this place they clearly don’t care about their patients and was willing to let me leave in pain soo intense I could not even drive I told him how much pain I was in and they seem to not even care.

I had a tooth crack that was very painful. I called that morning and got an appointment within a few hours. The doctor was very professional and understanding!!!! What a great team!
