I love the hard workers at this branch on Courthouse Rd. They are very patient and always have a friendly smile! And I also adore my delivery man, Brian Ladner, he is top notch! Thanks guys for your hard work and dedication. I highly recommend you!

I paid approximately $11 to mail a manila envelope to this post office for delivery. The package left my state of IL on February 26 and sent to the Pittsburgh PA Network Distribution Center on February 28, 2021 where it has been in route now for 5 days to ultimately reach Gulfport, MS and has yet to arrive. This is unacceptable. I shouldn't have to pay expeditious fees to be delivered within a week. The tracking stated the package would be delivered before 9 pm 3/3/2021. LIARS!nI spoke with a postal worker at this post office who claims the package must still be in PA. Horrible service. I will use UPS or FedEx for my packages after this. NO MORE USPS!

Delivery person refuses to enter my apartment complex, will only leave packages at the front desk. Have had several packages scheduled for weekend delivery, and yet every time, even with notes left saying that I will be home to receive the packages, they get marked as an insecure area, and say I have to go to the post office to pick them up days later. Why do they even give the option to have them delivered to the door when the delivery person refuses to do so? If it’s that they’re just lazy and don’t want to walk, I would happily come down to meet them and get it myself. I just wish that they’d actually attempt to deliver the package (since that’s kind of their job) instead of driving out to my home and then leaving with said item..

WHY will my mail dude only deliver packages to downstairs apartments. Every time i get a package i have to go to the post office to pick it up. NOT ONCE has he knocked on the door. I hope they slowly transfer mail service to ups or fedex. Usps is awful.
