We really enjoyed our tour (Lemuel was our guide). Very knowledgeable about Chichen Itza, and as all tours are private right now, we were really able to spend a lot of time asking whatever questions we wanted. We were supposed to visit Ek Balam as well but didn’t find out it was closed until after we had already arrived at Chichen Itza, so it seems Alma’s doesn’t always have the most up to date info from the INAH in Mexico. (Granted, it was a couple days after Hurricane Zeta that passed directly over the ruins so things may have changed quickly or potentially they were supposed to be open and weren’t ready). The billing/payment process has been a little bit of a pain in getting the tour scheduled and refunds or payment completed (though I assume this has to do with the hurricane and pandemic - by no means a fault on their end) We’d recommend this again to friends or family, though it sure seems there are cheaper options out there.

Just got back from a great tour with this company. Our tour guide, David was awesome! Very knowledgeable and gave a great insight on the book of Mormon and the people in the area. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

Great experience with local guides. They were profesional, knowledgeable and friendly. I felt safe and a will use them again if I return. Vehicles were in good repair. Safe drivers. They worked hard to make my trip to the Mayan ruins awesome!

This company makes the booking process super easy and they are always available to reach at any time with any questions or concerns. Their office is always open and their friendly staff has excellent customer service! Highly recommended to have a great time and awesome experience!

David took us on a tour of Chichen Itza and he was amazing!! We loved his knowledge of the area and going with a tour guide made everything better. I highly recommend this tour company and will definitely use them again.
