I can't get refills when I need them and they don't call them in untill around 6 in the evening. Its been over a month since I was in to see my provider and I still don't have refills that the nurse was coming in for I can't get my diabetic supplies been out of strips since early June. I left papers with my provider but I can't get them back and they weren't faxed in. If they don't give you samples then they are supposed to give you prescriptions. Now something just isn't right about this situation.
Staff is friendly, willing to work with you and offers a wide range of services.
Lacks time management and is unprofessional
