Happy Anniversary PMI Made Simple! It's been two years working as a Vendor with PMI Made Simple and all I can say is that we are pleasantly delighted with their very high professional standards and smooth operation. We have not had one single inconvenient nor a difficulty at all. This speaks very highly of them and makes them a perfect partner to work with. I've been a Property Manager and Leasing Agent for 15+ years and have worked for a number of different property management companies, each with their own unique approach to dealing with Owners, Prospects, Tenants and Vendors. PMI Made Simple is easily the best company I've worked for. Dan Walker works hard to make sure everyone who is a part of PMI Made Simple is taken care of, has what they need when they need it, and knows we are not just a nameless faceless corporation. Dan has incorporated tools and systems that allow for quicker resolution of problems and faster delivery of results. Plus, he's always looking at how to improve the business, so operations run more smoothly and peoples' satisfaction is increased. I'm very happy to be a part of PMI Made Simple. I would never rent with this company again, when I delivered the apartment I made an appointment to be present at the final inspection, when people arrived they told us to wait outside, I thought it was to avoid dirtying the carpet, then they left and they didn't tell me anything , a few days later I received a bill for $ 99, for supposedly a small stain in the bathroom, days before I had sent them by mail all the photos of the disgusting and dirty conditions in which I received that apartment, and I did For them to compare the conditions as I received and how I was delivering them, they never responded to my email about the photos, but if other emails, they charged me the $ 99 and that's it, I don't know why they give you the option to make an appointment for the inspection if not they will let you be present. By the way, I am supposed to deliver the apartment in the same conditions in which I received it, however it was not like that because I was not going to live in an apartment in those conditions, I preferred to always keep it clean for 2 years. I called several times, I explained the situation and they agreed to review the photos and give me an answer, they never called me and to return the money for my deposit I had to insist several times by sending emails and the check arrived 21 days after having delivered the apartment, of course debiting the $ 99.

PMI was very easy to work with. Only had one issue with the rental and they made sure it was taken care of in a timely manner. Made things simple with an easy to use website to make payments and reach out for property issues. Would recommend if you are looking to rent or looking for someone to handle your rental.

I had the worst move in and move out experience with this company compared to any other place I have lived... and I have rented from a lot of different places. I was the one who had to initiate communication on the day our lease started in order to figure out how I could get my keys. Also, I got to my new rental and had to them ask again what the door code was. When I moved out they did not respond to any of my emails or texts. And left me with zero information about how to move out. It was as if they wanted to do the move out inspection without me there, so that they could blame me for things that needed to be cleaned or repaired. Lastly, I told them multiple times where to send our security deposit check back to us and they sent it to an address we don’t even live at, not the address I asked them to send it to. Do not rent from them. Very unprofessional and they do not know how to communicate.
