A little vacant good place to eat lunch if you work out of your vehicle.

Small local shopping mall. Pessada Group is apparently the leasing agent. Office Depot is the largest tenant, with over a dozen other smaller tenants in adjacent buildings. At last visit, neither former restaurant seemed to be in business.

This is really Office Depot & I go there because they have great prices, never crowded, good Customer Service & Close to home!
