I went to Patrick with neck pain, stiffness and headaches. He was able to provide immediate relief as well as long term-relief. Each appointment, I progressively felt better and better and was able to regain even MORE mobility than what I even had prior to the neck pain/stiffness. He was incredibly knowledgeable and gave me practical stretches to do at home or on-the-go. I worried about being able to fulfill “my part” of the recovery being so busy, but he guided me in a way that made daily stretching easy and habitual. Overall, very happy and would go back 100% if needed! Thank you, thank you!!!!!!

I have played sports my whole life and in the last 5 years I have done crossfit on and off so I’ve had my fair share of injuries. I’ve seen 15+ physical therapists over my lifetime and Patrick is BY FAR the best one I’ve ever seen. He works one on one with me verses other PT offices where they were running back and forth between 3-4 other patients. He takes into account my need to be active and finds ways for me to still move my body safely while injured. He does soft tissue manipulation which has helped at times and he is also trained in dry needling which seems like voodoo magic and helps me heal so much faster. My last injury he used dry needling and electrical stimulation which worked well. He is also super nice and fun to talk to during sessions (and plays good music) which makes the sessions way more enjoyable. And not to fan-girl him too much but as a medical professional myself I appreciate how up to date he is on current research.

Dr. Rich is an amazing physical therapist! He was able to determine the root cause of my injury and tailor exercises appropriately to address what I actually had going on vs. just considering my imaging results. My prescribed regimen was regularly adapted as deemed prudent to further my progress and overall results. In addition Patrick is not only very knowledgeable and good at what he does, but is also gregarious and kind. Highly recommend!

All the stars for Spirit Physical Therapy in Ellisville! Dr. Patrick Rich is personable, he listens, and is very competent in working with insurance. He runs appointments on time. I had a shoulder giving me trouble for 2 years and he had my shoulder pain free and back in shape in a few weeks. Excellent physical therapist.

Patrick is a fantastic physical therapist!! He is very knowledgeable and will make you feel comfortable right away. He is an expert at what he does and really cares about his patients. I highly recommend Patrick!
