I was expecting an international package which cleared customs long ago and arrived at this location after 20 days only to be sent back.nNo tracking information was updated and the package was sent back for not being delivered which was clearly an error. To cover up for their staff's mistake they lied to me the next day that the package has been intercepted and that there is nothing that they can do and hung up on me bluntly.nI have since been back and forth in calls with atleast 5 different representatives .I have Spent over $100 to have this package delivered by the most careless, irresponsible and inefficient Postal Carrier...The latest update I got is there was indeed an error on their side and offered their apologies but no refunds as it originally came from a different country.Avoid at any cost especially for international shipments
People not wearing mask and not respecting social distancing. It's fine if you dont wear mask but at least be respecting on personal space. The staff did not even care

Apparently there are different rules at different times and between different employees (although today the employee was very potiete) when it comes to box size acceptance..... Not worth the line (your lucky if there are ever 2 people working) and inconvenience that this place brings..... It's worth paying the little extra money at UPS.
