Nothing is too much trouble and every transaction is seamless and hassle free. I could not give this business higher marks or enough compliments—If you are looking for a pressure free shopping experience Clarkson Jewelers is a must visit! Todd Broadbent and his staff are absolute professionals who provide an impeccable and relaxed retail experience. Todd’s extensive knowledge of watches and their history is impressive. Their diverse selection of timepieces far exceeds their competitors. Many quality and beautiful timepieces on hand for any budget. From the minute we stepped in the store we were treated to a world-class experience. Todd took the time to patiently walk my son through his first watch buying experience ensuring he selected just the right watch to suit his needs. Clarkson Jewelers sets the standard of what an Authorized Dealer should be. Clarkson Jewelers will always have my family’s trust and future business.

Full disclosure, I have yet to make a purchase at Clarkson but my experience there has nonetheless been pressure-free and pleasant. I make occasional trips into the store to browse their Rolex collection in the hopes of finding my desired pieces. Clarkson is the only authorized dealer in the area that genuinely cares to engage in conversations and follow up with their customers. Jessica has been fabulous and has already followed up with me a few times. Today I unexpectedly received another check-in from her and it feels good to know they are thinking of me and looking out for my desired watches. Jessica and Clarkson care about building the personal relationship and that is definitely very valuable. Highly recommended.nn11/11/20 UPDATE - I have FINALLY made a purchase at Clarkson and it made my whole day so fantastic. I received an early morning call from Jessica about an available 41mm no date Rolex submariner and I jumped on that dream watch. Clarkson shared in my celebration with bubbly champagne and Jessica indulged me with her deep knowledge on watches and it was great to share conversation with someone who knows what they are selling. I later casually browsed their large collection of other brands from Tudor to Oris. The folks at Clarkson know you by name and truly try to fulfill your requests. I waited many months for my purchase but Jessica kept me updated periodically and the end result was just so amazing. Thank you Clarkson for the great experience!

Absolutely Fantastic !! Todd made buying a Rolex watch easy, relaxing and educational.It was fun. Everyone at Clarkson Jewelers was extremely nice and helpful.
