The Diamond Family has once again far exceeded all of our expectations. We purchased her engagement ring here just over a year ago, and we went in for a minor repair, cleaning, and restoration. The ring was repaired perfectly and was restored to a brand new showroom-perfect appearance. We are speechless yet again! Thank you Diamond Family! This is the only jeweler in our eyes.nnUpdate: We went in again for our 6 month checkup and cleaning in early December. Ended up taking advantage of a fantastic Christmas holiday coupon and purchased her matching wedding ring that was custom made. Picked it up today and it is amazing! Mind blown. Perfect match. We went to The Diamond Family to purchase earrings for a special young lady. Linda was the staff member who helped us when we went in last week. Linda was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with us as she showed us earrings in different price ranges and explained the qualities of each pair of earrings. She made our shopping experience pleasant and easy! We appreciated the way she made suggestions based on her knowledge of gem stones. She took the time to find out what we wanted and answered our questions thoroughly. We were looking for high quality earrings at a reasonable price and we were absolutely thrilled with our final selection. Linda helped us the entire time and even personally gift wrapped the beautiful earrings we chose. We highly recommend The Diamond Family (and Linda) for quality, price, and excellent service!

My husband and I go to diamond family for all our jewelry. I got a beautiful wedding ring and a 100 year old ring for my right hand. Also my husband got him a beautiful wooden watch. We always have salespeople who are helpful and friendly. Jonathan was our guy, he remembered us from last year. You can always find something unique. Plus I love their dog!!!

Todd was great. Brought our vision to life! Great to work with-top notch customer service all the way around here. Lots of great little customer service additions that we haven’t seen with the competition. Automatic Text messages from store when ring was complete and after pickup. Darling little ring box with a light in it. Ring looks amazing!!!
