I was in process of cutting expenses as much as possible and have gotten many quotes from different places. I reached out to Taylor and she took great care of me. She analyzed the quotes and went in depth explaining everything to me. She had great follow up and patience for all my questions. The customer service is excellent and extremely thorough. I am definitely staying with American Family for the great customer service I received. Taylor is a star employee and I appreciate her dedication on making sure I was well informed and taken care of.
