After our agent was no longer available, we were reassigned to a new agent in the interim. That agent was Ben Rister and he was wonderful from the start. Very responsive and quick to tend to our needs. When we were permanently reassigned to someone else, we called State Farm and requested to have Ben as our agent permanently and he’s been equally great since then, even getting us new insurance cards for our new vehicle in the midst of an epic snow storm with sub-zero temperatures! I highly recommend Ben and his office!

Being a real estate agent I have dealt with a lot of insurance companies and agents, most in the industry are average. Ben Rister is my “go to” agent for all my client needs and my properties. He is responsive and my clients love working with him. Last year on Easter I had major issue on one of my rental buildings, Ben has the policy on that building and he had his team were on site within and hour to help me out. I’ve worked with Ben for a few years now on a variety of different insurance needs. He and his team do one thing very well...make my life easier. They pick up the phone, are responsive to emails, and know what they are doing. Great people! I highly recommend them.

I was with this agent for as long as I've been able to drive and I'm glad I was able to contact another State Farm Agent to finally switch offices. The agent never cared to even do an insurance review with me and had a hard time keeping track of my contact info. I never even spoke with the Agent personally. The staff over the phone are not very welcoming, so if you have any issues with billing or etc. it is going to be frustrating sorting it out.nnUPDATE: My mother switched State Farm Agents as well and she had been a loyal customer since 2006. She had an impossible time trying to get in contact with Ben Rister for the past year with no luck. It was only after we both switched to another State Farm agent that he decided to personally call her. It is unfortunate that it took switching agents to finally get his attention and be respected as valued customers. I do not and will not be recommending this State Farm office to anyone.

State Farm as a company is great but working with the group at Ben Risters office just makes it even better. I work with David and he’s amazing. He’s very professional, and takes care of anything I need. 10/10 would recommend.
