Ian from Slyman was an immense help in picking out a full appliance set for kitchen. I had so many questions after a great deal of research and he took the time to explain all the differences in cost, features and quality of appliances. They gave me a better price on every piece than I could find. I'll follow up after delivery but based on my experience so far, I suspect it will go well
Josh is super nice and gives great customer service. I am a rehabber and have used them any time I need appliances. In 2019 Josh even came out to the house and measured the area to make sure the fridge I purchased would fit. Now that’s GREAT customer service!! I will be back!!
Every aspect of purchasing my refrigertor from Slyman Brothers was excellent! The people are so friendly and helpful. My salesman, Chris, was attentive to what I was looking for, offering suggestions & answering questions. Pricing is very good. The delivery process was so efficient. You can track when they will arrive in the window of time they provide. The installation guys were very professional, experienced & respectful of my home. They took time to give me instructions and allow me to ask questions and made sure everything was right. During the removal of my old refrigerator (which is included in their service) the dolly slightly damaged my border on the floor. They immediately told me and contacted the warehouse manager & my salesperson to notify. Within 5 minutes I received a call explaining how they would make arrangements to repair. I greatly appreciate the customer service and integrity!nThank you Slyman Brothers!
