Dr. Garcia and her group of assistants were amazing, helpful, and kind from the moment I walked into the door until the moment I walked out of the door. Everyone was knowledgeable and explained every step of the process of my visit. They were able to perform my procedure, with the most up to date dental and x-ray equipment, quickly and efficiently in order to take away the pain as fast as possible. in addition, they made sure I was fully informed regarding follow up and after care instructions. I am truly grateful to everyone at Sage Endodontics. Thank you ladies!

They treated my daughter nicely, she said her treatment was virtually pain-free, however they have some things that could be worked on. When I received communication, they always asked for my daughter who is 12 years old. The first time I understand, but with each communication afterward the staff always asked for her as if she could handle any business. They also tried to reschedule her appointment once, and when I agreed and rushed to get my daughter from school, they called right back to say that someone else had gotten the earlier appointment. Too many cooks in the kitchen. Then when we were in the office, I had to excuse myself from the treatment area because I am very nervous at the dentist. The staff insisted that I be with her up until I was just so nervous that I was making her nervous and had to leave the room so that she could be treated. I really wanted to be left alone after all of that and the staff just kept talking to me for the 3 treatments that my daughter had. I barely walked her in the door because of my anxiety.nLastly, my daughter received a refund check for an overpayment, but she didn't make the payments to them, I did. And her insurance wasn't billed, mines was. What is the purpose of asking for the financial responsible party if a refund is issued in the name of the patient who is a minor?

Dr. Garcia is a lifesaver! I was in a lot of pain and couldn't take another few days of it. She and her team were able to get things taken care of. She explained exactly what was going on and the game plan to fix it. Couldn't ask for a better Endodontist or person. It's only been a few days after treatment and feel a lot better.

I have extreme anxiety about dental work, so I was not looking forward to my root canal and surgery to repair some resorption on one of my teeth. Instantly I was made to feel at ease by the excellent staff, especially Sami, the lead assistant who was positive and kind and joked around with me which really helped my anxiety. The doctor and staff took care of the problem quickly and painlessly. If you have to have work done and are anxious like I am, this is the place to go.
