Arch Travel (specifically Jenny Dennis) skillfully coordinated a complicated trip for my daughter and I to Sydney Australia. We traveled separately on different airlines and on different dates for part of the trip and then flew home together. Jenny listened to what was important to us and tailored the arrangements accordingly. She made sure we had all of the appropriate reservations, transportation, documents, maps, layover information and even made arrangements with the first class lounges. Arch travel prepared a vacation beyond our expectations! Everything was flawless from the 1st phone call. We just told Jennifer we wanted to go to London and stay within walking distance of all the main attractions She prepared a portfolio for us with detailed options keeping our budget in mind. From there we choose the flight plans and hotel that best met out budget and intended agenda. She even gave us travel tips of travel documents needed, currency exchange, best options for breakfast and tips on how to see the hidden treasures. She even arranged airport transportation to and from our hotel. The plan was laid out in a complete trip plan. Once we gave her the okay she took care of all the arrangements.
