Typically people tend to shy away from calling their insurance company for one reason or another which should not be the case and is not with Faith Insurance Agency and more specifically with my agent Jordan Wilson. He made the transition of my insurance policies painless during a very difficult and trying time while going above and beyond to help make sure the process went smooth which it did and got accomplished! So thanks again and look forward to being a costumer for years to come!!!

I am really happy with faith insurance. Jordan got me a great home owners policy and got my paperwork finished fast and faxed me my paperwork the same day. They are really nice people and I am glad I chose them. I have three cars insured for a fair price. I couldn't be more pleased!!!ud83dude01ud83dude1bud83dude1c

Eric was amazing! I have had people help me with things before, but Eric gave me an experience only Greek gods have experienced. I have never felt more taken care of, more appreciated, or more valued as a customer. I’m giddy just thinking about it. I bought a house in November and purchased homeowners and car insurance from Encompass through Jordan. A month later the homeowners policy was cancelled by Encompass. Jordan in my opinion was not forth coming and blew smoke up my A** until I started calling company on my own to get a resolution to the problem.

Faith agency is a breath of fresh air compared to the other insurance I had where I was just a number. I wish I could give them 6 stars!
