Horrible place. Don’t know company policies nor have any customer service skills. Sold me damaged glasses and refused to exchange or return them. Huge rip off!

Sonia at Sunglass hut exceeded my expectations. My ray bans broke. She explains the store policy and solved the problem. She had a great smile, listening skills and customer service. We need more sonia’s in the world!!

I had a pair of glasses get chewed by a family member's dog, so I came to Sunglass Hut to see if they could reprint my lost receipt. I expected to pay half of retail for replacement, based on their 1-year warranty policy. The store manager checked the date in their records, and very generously offered to replace them for free under their 90-day policy, even though it was a few days past 90. I walked out with a fresh pair of replacement glasses at no cost to me.nnThe next time I want to buy a pair of name-brand sunglasses, I will head straight to this store!
