Dr. Seth Freedman

Terrible customer service. I’ve never given anybody a one star review in my life. I walked in nine minutes late because of a car accident on the highway and the receptionist immediately told me that I was too late to have a proper visit because it was 15 minutes late. Even though I showed her my phone that said I was nine minutes late. They asked me to sit down and then they said they could do the x-rays but not a full exam or a cleaning. I suggested they get the x-rays from my dentist from last year to which they responded that they need x-rays every single year. I told them that as a physician I am very old-school and I don’t like getting x-rays every single year; I only get them when they are indicated or at least every five years. She responded “Well our dentist is not old school and he needs an x-ray every single year”. At this point I politely said to them I don’t think I’m going to be the patient for you. I am very disappointed because my wife and three children go to the dentist and raved about him being very relaxed and easy to work with but my experience with the front desk staff was very different. I will be recommending to my family and to anyone who is reading this that they do not use this dentist unless they improve their customer service and perhaps their policy on insisting on annual x-rays.nnAlso to be fair, I never did meet the dentist. I’m sure he’s fantastic.

Dr. Freedman has always done great work for me. Very gentle and straight forward with the work.

I have worked for Dr. Freedman for nearly 5 years(and a patient for 13 years) and he is hands down the best boss I’ve ever had! I feel that I am working for a very honest and generous person. He respects his patients and only does the work that is medically necessary. If you’re looking for a fancy office with all of the high-tech and frills... that’s not Dr. Freedman. But, if you’re looking for a guy who has your best interest at heart and gets the job done, I highly recommend!

I’ve gone here for ten years and the service in exceptional. Always timely, good care, knowledgeable with insurance to help you find the best price and even got me in for an emergency visit same day once. Never will go anywhere else.
