CVS Pharmacy

This pharmacy is one of the best and I love the staff, especially the Pharmacists. They go above and beyond to help their customers each and every time. Thank you for being so great!!n**Shout out to Brad for his amazing customer service skills and his initiative to help his customers.

I called in to refill a script on Friday. Knew they would have to contact dr for refill. Got text Tues it was refilled. Went in Wed - it was not refilled & girl told me never requested from my Dr. Then a pharmacist told me it was requested 2-3 times but my Dr never responded. Unk why CVS had not called dr in 3 days to fill. Dr office now closed so pharmacist gave me ph number to call Dr after hr exchange. Dr texted me he called it in.nStill no word CVS the following Friday it is filled.nCalled CVS Corp Fri AM. On hold 30 min. They were going to call pharmacist. 6:30 pm Fri- still no call/text it is filled. Called Corp again. Told I would hear regional mngr 48 hrs.n11 days later?!?!nThis is a rescue inhaler for asthma. 8 days later & still not filled & no word from pharmacy?? Never had a problem when Schnucks pharmacy.nCVS a total nightmare!!!!

Absolutely love this pharmacy! I was having issues with allergies and sinuses last week and the pharmacist came out into the isles and help me find the right combination that would work for me! I really appreciated her time and her knowledge !

I am a new customer of CVS pharmacy in Target at Brentwood Promenade. A pharmacist named Max was a great help to me on 8/15/2018. He patiently helped me and my Essence Medicare Advantage customer service rep figure out the difficulties I was having. He was very polite and thorough. He was a pleasure to work with.
