Came in for cologne for Valentine's Day. Went right to the counter and asked for smell goods and the lady took me right to what I wanted! Great service

They have very good products, and Macy's can be high priced, but you have to look for the sales available to make this store work in your budget, they actually have better sales than Target and Kohls!

Great store selection. Amazon store wow!! Not that big but pretty cool has the same stuff online just personally not the best stuff.

I had a good experience but not much different from any other Mall that I've been to and I've been to a few. You can't go into place and not buy something every time,lol

Customer service is amazing and they really do what they can Darlene in customer returns is so awesome and really cares about the customers needs.
