W Karaoke Lounge

The place looks nice, the rooms are nice, drinks are good. One problem tho. It's a karaoke bar with bad software. Like a third of the songs where totally messed up to where you couldn't really sing it. The entire karaoke experience is revolving around a android app that is garbage. By the end I was kinda bummed 2/3 songs I sang were totally messed up. (either wrong subtitles, slow subtitles, no subtitles or completely wrong title.)nnHad a good time but seeing at the heart of the place is karaoke, I don't feel like it's that great.nnSuper nice rooms, stuff, drinks and whatnot but the singing experience in my eyes is what you're there for and I have no desire for a round 2.

My wife and I, along with a few friends, celebratednher birthday party here. This place exceeded our expectations. Once we figured out how to work the karaoke machine, (which didn't take long) we were jamming for the rest of the night! The server was prompt and attentive. They take all precaution in customer's safety by practicing social distance, wearing face mask and keeping their rooms clean! They have great communication via email and in person. Our room was decorated with balloons (our color choice) for free. The only downside is that there was no food available at the moment (which they were fair in telling us about prior to our event) but they did offer chips and dip and the option of ordering from an outside restaurant. My bill/tab was what I expected it to be for the amount of time we spent there (4 hours with half off the 4th hour) just under $300, including the rented room (Not bad). Overall, we had a great time and will return soon with another small group of friends.

We had such a fun time at W Karaoke Lounge! We had a private room and the decor and atmosphere were great! Kelsey at the W Karaoke Lounge was so helpful, kind, and professional and really went above and beyond to get the room ready for us. The food selection was not the best and a lot of the menu items were not available, but our server was amazing and very attentive! The two suggestions I would make is cut your menu down to just a handful of items that you always have on hand and make those few items top notch. Second suggestion it to simplify the touchscreen song catalog to be more user friendly. It was difficult to look up songs that we did not previously request to have queued up in our room. We searched by artist and by song and had trouble finding a lot of songs in their system. One of the employees did they are working on making it easier to find songs so hopefuly it will be easier next time we go. We will most definitely be going back again and again because this place is so much fun!

A beautiful space with large (lavish) private rooms and a decently sized bar area with its own performance space/queue. Service to the private rooms was fantastic and attentive without feeling like anything interrupted the fun. The only drawback for me was the song selection - tremendous collection of global tunes means you're unlikely to find your early 00s alt rock hit. Learn a K-pop hit for petesakes!

Oh. My. Goodness. I didn't even know this place existed! We happened to walk by it after a concert one night. We had a private room, our own server and the best karaoke time I've ever experienced! Great for a small or large group. Excellent service. I can't wait to go back!
