Beyond horrible. Gov branch at its worst. Gov branch that I pay their salaries. I have sent two checks so far for the same property that they haven't cleared and they have no idea where the checks are in their pipeline so now I need to send a third check. They hit me with 200$ in penalties and late fees just in one month for one property, they are on the same level as payday loans. .... Sharks.nnAnd I sent 40k+ in RE taxes for other properties they claim it wasn't post marked till Jan 3rd so they cashed all other checks and hit me me with another $800 late BS fees.nnI deal with st Louis city, Jeff County, St Clair county, Madison, St Charles, Franklin county, none of them are as bad as St Louis county. Treasurer is ignorant. Something must change!!!nZero star business
