The layout is not ideal for a public service building. They really should have an information desk before the security detail. However, many of the guards are informative. I ended up going back and forth between multiple buildings on bad information though. One guy who had been there the longest was especially helpful. Others didn't seem to care too much. The right thing to do would be to renovate the area so that information is available at the front, much like you find in most modern police stations today.

Had to apply for a building permit. Everyone from the guards to the cashier and everyone in between was pleasant and helpful.
