I love this place. Especially Conner was very friendly and helpful throughout the process. I even had to get my ring resized a couple times and he got it done as soon as possible and now it fits better than before. If you ever want to buy something from them then I highly recommend you contact Conner. Other staff is very friendly too.

My bracelet had been in and repaired twice before and the third time it broke in the same place (design flaw- too much pressure on one spot) I brought it in and they wanted to charge me over $100 to fix it. No.Thank.You. Stand behind your merchandise. You didn't give it away.
