I cannot express how amazing the staff is at the St. Louis location. My husband purchased my engagement ring from Bryan in 2012 and he has treated us like royalty and family every time we walk in the store ever since. He is beyond friendly and has gone above and beyond to meet our needs every single time we shop there. His expertise and knowledge (along with my husbands) has helped build my Tiffany collection and I always look forward to stopping in even if it’s just to say hi and catch up with someone we now consider a friend. Then there is Chacara who is just a ray of sunshine. She truly brightens your day just with her presence. Always has the biggest smile and takes time to chat with us every time we visit the store. The new store manager is so sweet and welcoming. Everyone is always so welcoming and treats us like family. Due to the top notch customer service and quality of their products, we will forever be customers of Tiffany and Co.

I've purchased quite a few items over the years for my wife. They have always been great at helping me to decide plus they provide great after the sale service.

I love my bracelet by the service in St. Louis is horrible. I have had to call 4 times to check on the price, the repair, the status - no one ever calls you back when they say they are going to. It's been 2 months and I finally learned that it's repaired - no one bothered to call again. Customer service is a zero.

I purchased a necklace and earrings for a friend from the Las Vegas store and the necklace broke almost immediately. She has been getting the run around from the locations so I contacted them via email. They sent a generic response that they would get back to me right away and I have heard nothing. I expect better
