I received my online purchase from Kendra Scott.com and it was the wrong item. I called the Frontenac store the next day and Molly was able to place the item I had actually ordered (which was a final sale) on hold for me. I went to the store this evening. Kelli B could not have been more pleasant! Her customer service was exceptional! She apologized, made me feel very welcome to the store and went over-and-above to fix the mistake. I will definitely be doing in-store purchases from now on! The customer service at the Frontenac store is unsurpassed! THANK YOU!

The customer service at this store is unlike any other. Everyone is very welcoming and helpful. I usually shop online for the convenience, however, if I need a pick me up, I come for the in-store experience.
