I don't shop here very often and this might have been because of the sale they were running but the check out was very slow and they only had two cashiers.nHaving said that the cashier that helped me was lovely and kind.nI'll definitely be back though

I literally received the best customer service from a lady named Gabriela ❤ufe0f she literally went above and beyond for me to find exactly what I needed! Her and her coworkers had the best hospitality and welcoming upon entering the store!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Although the store itself was very messy I really enjoyed the wide range of clothes to choose from. It was easy for me to quickly find a top that I liked even though I didn't know exactly what I wanted when I went in. It's not my favorite clothing store ever but it's also not the worst I've seen either. I'd rate it 5/10. (The only thing in the photo from Forever 21 is the orange top. I was already wearing the rest when I entered the store.)

Extremely poor customer service. No one greeted me. When I asked for assistance they black bald young lady , she was super short and rude. The white young lady peeked over a shelf but never once spoke. I visited the morning of the 18 and the entire staff that morning was rude, unhelpful, and down right no type of customer skills. I politely put the stuff back I was going to purchase. I went and found better quality products and better customer service reps in H&M.

Wonderful, picked up a order I had delivered, purchased accessories and was able to use a 10% discount,the salesgirl suggested!
