I only feel very compelled to write reviews if the experience was either absolutely wonderful and a delight or if it was the opposite end of the spectrum. With Kay jewelers in the Galleria Mall it was a delight. Naomi ( I hope I spelled it correctly) was the one who provided service for me and she was a joy. I had a few questions all of which she was able to answer clearly. She seemed knowledgeable of the products. She was very attentive from when I first stepped in and had a great upbeat attitude and personality. Naomi went above and beyond with getting me the right pieces of jewelry and respected my price range. I’d highly recommend Kay Jewelers at this location and specifically Naomi.
