Adriana was the one that helped me switching to state farm. She is one of the best insurance personnel I talked to. She was very patience with me since I had a lot of question for her before switching over and made sure I understood everything before I proceeded to another question. She was very informative and helped me get many discounts on my new policy. She has great customer service skills is very patience and helpful. I haven't made a claim nor do I plan on it but the quality of service I received was exceptional. Josh Chewing reached out to me after I submitted an online request for insurance for my handyman services and within 2 days I had my policy in effect. He wasn't forceful and add on extra coverage I didn't need. He fully understood what I needed and explained all the important details to me. Plus my policy is actually cheaper that the original quote once it was fully processed. The only surprise I got from him was money back in my pocket. If you need a good neighbor call Josh @ State Farm. Not Jake from State Farm it's Josh Chewing. ud83dudcaa
