Nancy jeopardized a deal of mine because she failed to properly look at paperwork for our car insurance and falsified an insurance policy putting my car insurance in someone else's name. We had clear proof of this and the recorded phone calls of her giving us the run around, lying repeatedly and proof of her contacting the third party that she was assisting with this falsified paperwork in an attempt to correct it before she would speak to us again. This is where most of the lies started to cover herself. If she was worth the time, which she is not, we would have persued legal action. But she has nothing and is just a nasty and rude old woman. Terrible representation of an American Family agent. Please, for your own safety, time and money avoid this woman at all costs. She is unprofessional, sneaky and evil.
