This is the absolute worst company I have ever had to deal with. My wife was involved in an accident (we were not at fault) with one of their policy holders almost 2 months ago and I am still waiting for them to get in contact with me so I can get my vehicle fixed. My insurance company, Progressive, has been trying to get in touch with the claims rep, Dannielle Ledger, and her supervisor Carrie for at least a month and nobody will return their calls. They are now attempting to escalate this above her since she will not call them back. I have left Carrie several voicemails over the past few weeks and have had no response. I even contacted the general customer service line and they emailed Carrie to call me, she has still refused to contact me.nnToday I was finally able to reach Carrie over the phone and she was extremely rude and unwilling to provide any information on why it has been almost 2 months since the incident and my car has not been fixed…or why nobody will return my phone calls. I could not believe how terrible her attitude was. I even said “Wow it’s a lot different talking to you than any of the people I have talked to at Progressive” to which her response was “Well this is a commercial insurance company so we do things differently.” It was apparent that either her line was not being recorded, like most other commercial customer service lines, or she simply did not care that she was being recorded. At this point I seem to be left with no option but to have this settled in court and have already been speaking with an attorney.nnI would strongly encourage anyone looking for insurance to avoid this company at all costs. They have by far the worst customer service I have encountered anywhere. Their claims reps do not answer the phone and will not return your calls. I wish anyone else who has to deal with the company the best of luck.

I was hit by a driver, 8 months ago, that was insured through this company, and I'm still trying to get all of the money for injuries, and repairs. They literally never answer the phone, and purposely dodge your calls, in the hopes that you get tired of dealing with them. My advice, is if someone has this insurance, and hits your car, pay your insurance company your deductible, and let them deal with getting the money out of them; otherwise you'll literally be calling this company five times a week, for months.
