I really enjoyed this store, doesn't replace Coldwater Creek, but it's a good second. Some may say it's a little pricey but better with coupons. Staff was super nice and I enjoyed the down time in their presence

Soft Surroundings prices are pretty high BUT their clothes & linens are the best quality. The store is beautiful, everything is displayed really nice. The sales associate couldn't have been more helpful & knew all her customers by name. I was impressed. It was Luke the old fays when shopping was a fun experience. I'll be back for sure!

I love Soft Surroundings due to Very good quality and when I come in a store I always feel comportable with sales reps. and nice smell ^^nRecommend to you to visit store !!

Love the clothes. Staff is friendly and helpful. I wish they had coupons for a percentage off and better sale prices.
