Frontenac Municipal Court

Very unprofessional! I called in to figure things out and was rudely spoken to by Joyce, the court administrator! The court clerk Sherrie is also following in Joyce's shadow of being rude. I have called them multiple times trying to deal with my situation as I am out of state. They get nothing done. They are a joke of how things should be handled. Lisa, the city clerk, joined the conversation and again was trying to talk to me with 0 help. I can say that this court lacks qualified employees. I would be embarrassed to be the judge.

The court clerk is very rude doesn't let you talk and rushes you off the phone.
