University City Hall

Very rude and disrespectful! They don’t even listen when you speak to them on the phone!

I just had a very rude phone conversation with a city hall employee regarding a new occupancy permit. City hall is closed because of COVID19 however there's no information regarding the closure anywhere. Not on the city hall website nor phone call directory. What a waste of time. I worry that I have to deal with these people after we move to university city.

I am here now to pay my fee for being an agent to the property I own. I give them the same information year after year. These past two years are the worst.nI am the only one here. It took twenty minutes to complete the task. Either the employee is not trained properly or the process is too comlicated. Either way it needs to improve. Willing to help if asked.

They are truely rude. Very unprofessional. Caught them lying and then they turn very aggressive.nBeen there numerous times dealing with permit and utilities issues and found that they are also discriminate against you .nI have been to city managers and mayors office several times and they never once return calls or folow up.nThey are money hungry and look for ways to fee thier residents .

The people were as friendly as you'd expect and government agent...which is never good. The biggest problem is that the building is falling apart...no working elevator. Hope no one else has a disability when trying to follow city ordinances.
