Great staff and food. Ask for the bread basket. They have a daily fresh soup special too.

Although the atmosphere is casual here, it's a tad bit snobbish. This I'm sure it is due to being located in Clayton, and the usual clientele being attorneys and judges. The food was decent, but everything else not so much.

We liked the hot wings and Cobb salad. The server split the salad for us. The wings had good meat and sauced just right, not too wet. Not too mild or too hot for our taste too. Nice interior. We were looking for some wings that day and glad we found this little jewel in Clayton.nnSoapbox: So much better to support a small business owner rather than a franchise restaurant when possible. Franchises do take a cut of the profits out of your community! And nowadays we all need to be extra supporting of our small businesses as COVID shuts them down 1 by 1. Otherwise we will have nothing left but major chains to go to, and if that day ever comes we will have no one to blame but us for buying into it. Resist assimilation and keep freedom of choice alive, it’s one of the few privileges we still have.nnThere is so much more than price to consider when shopping. Local owners are a part of the community’s fabric, they live here and shop here, and support local charities like your kids baseball team. They treat their employees better and care about them like family because small business owners are usually working right alongside them. Seek them out. We have lost so many already. Where can you buy a tv anymore at a mom and pop?!

American pub style atmosphere at its best. The food is always satisfying and unpretentious. It's a broad menu of choices. Of particular highlight is the greek salad, the salmon, the loaded nachos and the burgers. They have their own house made ranch dressing that is amazing for fry dipping. Ask to skip the house made spread for dinner rolls. It's...strange, to say the least. Otherwise, I can usually go here for a pretty bangin dirty martini or a great quality whiskey to sip. It's suitable for all tastes and all scenarios.

C.J. Mugg’s has that vintage Americano Italian feel to it. A very prestigious taste to the palate that serves one quite well. I’m thinking portobellos & feta today, pizza with a crisp fresh salad!!! ud83eudd29
