My husband and I are first time homebuyers and we almost bought a house through them. They lied to us, have taken almost a month to receive our earnest money back and are all around unprofessional people. I strongly urge others to stay away from this company.

WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! DO NOT BUY A HOUSE FROM THIS COMPANY! EVER!! They will cover up issues like plumbing, electric, foundation- with little tricks to make everything appear that its fine, when it is anything but fine. They will paint the outside of your house with zero prepperation so it will peel and fall off within months. If you do buy a house from them, expect to put in $30k+ to get it back to livable and up to code.Ethically bankrupt company- do not spend your money here.
