I lived there for a year, the walls are ridiculously thin, my apartment developed a mold problem from the a/c unit which damaged a table in my bedroom. The table was 100 dollars and they are willing to only cover 20 dollars of that, this place doesn't care about there tenants or there property.

I have lived here 2 years and they are the most amazing people I have ever met. They will text/Call me within minutes of me contacting them no matter what its for. They are helpful kind people. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else.

Never clean the sidewalks in the winter, maintenance takes months to complete. Landscape only done in front areas rest of the buildings have to deal with dead trees and bushes. Not worth 1000 a month for a one bedroom
