Anne bogart is the worst slumlord I have ever encountered. I don't even think she still works for pinnacle but her voicemail states otherwise. Anyone who would employ such an awful person to begin with should come with some warning. Just want everyone else to be aware. Do not rent from her. She lies, takes 5 months to fix heat in the middle of winter, and then will tell you to move out early and not worry about cleaning anything and states she'll waive cleaning charges only to take all of your security deposit to spend on drugs and alcohol.
